This is an important role at Husqvarna Group, and together with our team, you'll be a part of shaping Husqvarna's digital future.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment with common agile operating model
  • Drive changes in how we can improve our ways of working
  • Facilitate key cluster events, including Increment Planning and Retrospective
  • Manage dependencies within and cross clusters
  • Coach core stakeholders like Product Owners and Delivery Team Leads
  • Create a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement
