About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned legal professional to join our team as Head of Legal. As a member of our Management team, you will lead and foster the growth and development of a talented team of five Legal Generalists.

Key Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement legal policies that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• You will provide strategic guidance on financial services and regulatory requirements
• You will engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and partners
• You will drive training initiatives to build a culture of legal awareness and compliance across the organization

Requirements

• Higher degree in law
• Strong business acumen, including a deep understanding of financial terms, regulations, and regional market dynamics
• Proven ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and influence across multinational organizations
• Fluent in English and Swedish
