About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Test Manager in Caverion Group IT function, you will be responsible for testing strategy, guidelines, and methodologies.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our development initiatives meet sufficient quality, standards, and user expectations. You will facilitate testing activities, organize environments, provide advisory services, and if needed, organize external support for different development initiatives.

You will work in close co-operation with different development teams in a multivendor environment using both waterfall and agile development methodologies. Your expertise will include:

  • Ensuring IT development has sufficient quality assurance prior productive use
  • Providing guidelines and support for development teams regarding testing
  • Steering and supporting testing teams and if needed, also participating in testing
  • Preparing User Acceptance and Regression test plans and test cases, coordination, and documentation
  • Supporting Test data and Test account preparation needed for test execution
  • Promoting and rolling out common test tools
  • Continuous development of testing process and toolset used in testing
  • Increase the level of automatization
