IT Architect

Vattenfall, a leading energy company, is seeking an experienced IT Architect to join its team in Lulea, Sweden. As an IT Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's IT strategy and architecture, particularly in the Hydro business area.

• Architect and implement IT solutions to support the Hydro business's growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with the Hydro business to understand their needs and develop fit-for-purpose architecture.
• Consult and educate the Hydro business on IT strategy, integration strategy, data strategy, and security.
• Drive the adoption of data mesh and enterprise thinking within the Hydro business.
• Establish standards and architecture principles for the Hydro business.

• Experience as an Architect or Consultant in an asset-intensive industry (Energy, Water, Industry, Automotive, or alike).
• Deep IT knowledge and experience with IT architecture and frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Well Architected Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment and communicate in Swedish and English.
