Finnish Content Manager

About the role We’re looking for someone with Finnish as their mother tongue to join us part-time for one year while our colleague is on parental leave. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients in the Finnish market. Your main focus will be to write and translate marketing content into contemporary, natural Finnish – always keeping the client’s tone of voice front and center. You’ll work across Finnish, English, and occasionally Swedish, so you need to feel comfortable navigating between languages and cultural contexts. You’ll also join a close, friendly Nordic Content & Management team with a genuine “we’ll figure it out” mindset – collaboration is how we operate. Your responsibilities include: - Localisation and translation of content for the clients Finnish websites, from both Swedish and English. - Managing projects that span the entire Nordic region, such as publishing campaigns. - Handling support tickets, typically involving smaller translations or updates across the Nordic sites. - Direct contact with the clients Finnish stakeholders for proofreading, clarifications, and incoming support questions from the market. Who you are You’re service-minded, structured, and proactive. You like being the person clients trust, and you enjoy switching between tasks without losing quality. You care about clarity, accuracy, and collaboration – and you’re not afraid to ask questions when something needs to be improved.
