IES is one of Sweden's largest school groups at compulsory school level with 48 schools and around 32,000 students across the country. IES has grown steadily and maintained quality since 1993.

Internationella Engelska Skolan i Solna är en grundskola med med årskurserna 4-9 och cirka 800 elever.

På IES Solna arbetar vi för att alla våra elever ska uppnå sin fulla akademiska potential i en trygg och lugn lärandemiljö. För att göra IES Solna till en framgångsrik skola tillvaratar vi såväl elevernas alla kompetenser, erfarenheter och skilda bakgrunder som deras tankar och synpunkter i vårt arbete.

Kollegiet

Du kommer att ingå i ett lärarlag där det finns avsatt tid för att gemensamt utveckla undervisningen och ledarskap i klassrummet. Som lärare hos oss tycker du att det är roligt, stimulerande och utvecklande att undervisa elever som kommer från olika delar av världen och ger varje elev möjlighet att utvecklas utifrån sina egna förutsättningar och förmågor.

Tillsammans med dina kollegor skapar du förutsättningar för elevernas kunskapsutveckling för att nå läroplanens mål.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker nu en legitimerad grundskollärare med ämnesbehörighet i svenska. I tjänsten ingår delat mentorskap. Behörighet även i andra ämnen är meriterande. Du har en positiv människosyn och har förmåga att skapa goda relationer med elever, kollegor och vårdnadshavare. Som lärare hos oss tycker du att det är roligt, stimulerande och utvecklande att undervisa elever som kommer från flera olika länder och ge varje elev möjlighet att utvecklas utifrån sina egna förutsättningar och förmågor.

- Du planerar, genomför och utvärderar undervisningen samt arbetar för att skapa en trygg och stimulerande lärandemiljö.
- Du tar ansvar för att systematiskt dokumentera, analysera, utvärdera och följa upp elevernas kunskapsutveckling.
- Du tar egna initiativ och har ett tydligt ledarskap i klassrummet.
- Du är klar och tydlig i din kommunikation och har förmåga att motivera och entusiasmera elever till att ta till sig ny kunskap.
- Du kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
- Har goda kunskaper i IKT som pedagogiskt verktyg.
