Hilti Sveriges ingenjörsavdelning består idag av ca 40 ingenjörer från norr till söder som med kunskap, expertis och engagemang driver och utvecklar hållbara och värdeskapande lösningar för våra kunder. Vi fortsätter nu att expandera och söker därför ytterligare en Technical Design Engineer till vårt Project Management Office (PMO).

Vad innebär rollen?
Du kommer arbeta med att skapa tekniska helhetslösningar för våra kunders behov inom installationssystem, brandtätning och infästning. Våra uppdrag varierar mycket både i storlek och komplexitet vilket ger rollen variation och utrymme för kreativitet där du kommer vara involverad i uppdragets alla skeden med fokus på projektering och projektledning.

Du jobbar tätt med övriga ingenjörer i hela landet och kommer att vara placerad på vårt svenska huvudkontor i Hyllie. Ditt närmsta team, Project Management Office, består av 11 andra erfarna ingenjörer med olika områden av expertis och erfarenhet. Teamet projekterar och levererar innovativa lösningar till allt från mindre projekt till de största och mest komplexa byggprojekten i Sverige. Vi tror att detta är en intressant roll för dig som vill utvecklas i ett dynamiskt företag och som uppskattar att arbeta fokuserat och engagerat inom teknik och i nära samarbete med kund.

Vi önskar att du:

- Har en teknisk högskole- eller universitetsexamen, eller motsvarande kompetens, helst inom byggteknik eller maskinteknik.
- Minst 2 års erfarenhet av arbete inom projektering hos teknikkonsult eller arkitekt.
- Drivs av att skapa och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer.
- Är van vid att arbeta både självständigt och i team.
- Är en lösningsorienterad och driven projektledare.
- Har stort engagemang, är strukturerad och initiativtagande.
- Har ett sinne för detaljer men även förmågan att se helhetsperspektivet.
- Har förmågan att hantera flera olika uppdrag samtidigt
- Har stor vilja att lära dig och utvecklas kontinuerligt.
- Erfarenhet av programvaror så som Revit, AutoCad, Navis, Solibri och Dalux är meriterande.
- Kunskap inom installationsteknik, till exempel VS och Ventilation är meriterande.
