Till vår kund söker vi en erfaren Scrum master. Som Scrum Master kommer du in i ett tvärfunktionellt team med helhetsansvar för en komplex end-to-end-process. Teamet arbetar med både egenutvecklade och leverantörsberoende lösningar, och ansvarar för allt från behov till produktion och vidare drift. Rollen innebär att stödja teamet i att skapa struktur, stabilitet och kontinuerliga förbättringar i ett läge där flera funktioner är i förändring. Du kommer att coacha individer och team, arbeta proaktivt med hinder, driva förbättringar och bidra till att etablera hållbara arbetssätt. Kompetenskrav: Dokumenterad erfarenhet som Scrum Master eller teamcoach med god praktisk förståelse för agilt ledarskap. Flera års erfarenhet av att coacha utvecklingsteam och individer. Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och att hantera motstånd. Förmåga att proaktivt stötta både team och individer i arbetsbelastning, fokus och välmående. Stark förmåga att kommunicera och förklara det agila arbetssättet utifrån praktiska exempel. Meriterande med erfarenhet av SAFe. Personliga egenskaper: Du kommunicerar tydligt och utan prestige, har helhetsperspektiv och skapar förtroende. Du arbetar långsiktigt, bygger relationer och driver utveckling i teamets takt. Du har ett intresse för förbättringsarbete och ett stabilt ledarskap som fungerar i en miljö med hög förändringstakt. Välkommen att söka.
