Om tjänsten

Som Machine Learning Expert och Data Engineer spelar du en nyckelroll i utvecklingen och underhållet av vår digitala värderingstjänst och att skapa värde. Rollen är ny och det finns stora möjligheter att utforma både roll, produkt och teknik. Du kommer att arbeta med att utveckla och förbättra vår AVM-modell, hantera infrastrukturen och träna modellen med hjälp av data från olika källor.

Ansvarsområden:

1. Utveckla och förbättra AVM-modellen för bostadsvärdering.
2. Designa och underhålla den tekniska infrastrukturen för datainsamling och modellträning.
3. Implementera och optimera data pipelines för att skrapa och bearbeta data från olika källor.
4. Träna och validera maskininlärningsmodeller med hjälp av insamlad data.
5. Säkerställa att API:er är robusta och tillgängliga för integration med andra företag.
6. Samarbeta med andra teammedlemmar för att säkerställa att lösningarna uppfyller affärsbehoven.
7. Driva förflyttning inom området och säkra att vi skapar värde genom tjänsten.

Du rapporterar till Chief Experience Officer.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har minst 3 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande roller och som är självgående med en förmåga att planera och driva ditt eget arbete mot uppsatta mål. Du är kommunikativ, har lätt att förklara och förenkla komplexa frågor och har en förmåga att kommunicera mot stakeholders och intressenter. Du gillar att kombinera eget arbete och samarbete med andra.

Kvalifikationer

1. Dokumenterad relevant utbildning.
2. Minst tre års arbetslivserfarenhet av liknande relevanta tjänster.
3. Flytande i svenska.
4. Erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera maskininlärningsmodeller.
5. Stark kunskap inom data engineering och hantering av stora datamängder.
6. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med Python, R eller liknande programmeringsspråk.
7. Erfarenhet av att använda verktyg och teknologier som TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark, och liknande.
8. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med API:er och integrera dem i olika system.
9. God förståelse för databaser och SQL.
10. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och i team.
11. Stark problemlösningsförmåga och analytiskt tänkande.

Meriterande:

1. Erfarenhet av fastighetsvärdering eller liknande bransch.
2. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med molnplattformar som AWS, Google Cloud eller Azure.
3. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en agil utvecklingsmiljö.
