Chief of Staff Role

We seek a Chief of Staff with an entrepreneurial spirit to collaborate closely with our CEO and CPO to develop and execute our strategy.

This role involves elevating ideas into impactful initiatives, including new health verticals, tech development, operations, and market expansion.

Ideal Candidate

1. 4+ years of experience in consulting or a fast-paced environment like a start-up.
2. Strategic thinking and analytical skills to simplify complex information and provide practical recommendations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
4. Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
5. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Ability to work independently while being a team player who collaborates effectively with others.
