Om rollen

Som Studio Manager har du ansvar för två Team Managers och de 4 spelteam som de i sin tur leder, totalt ca 25 personer. Du kommer att leda och driva spelstudion och främja relationer och samarbeten både inom spelstudion och med andra avdelningar. I nära samarbete med Produktägare, Creative Director, Art Directors och de andra två Studio Managers driver du spelstudion och spelutvecklingen framåt. Du definierar roller och deltar aktivt i rekrytering av nya teammedlemmar. Du blir en del av ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till VD.

Dina arbetsdagar kommer att bestå av att

Planera spelstudions projekt på lång och kort sikt samt planera och samordna releaser med Sales

Stötta, vägleda och supportera Team Managers

Planera och koordinera fördelningen av våra delade resurser

Skapa bästa möjliga förutsättningar för spelteamen att utveckla nya innovativa spel

Definiera och implementera sunda och effektiva ways of workings för spelproduktionen

Samarbeta med olika stakeholders såsom Produktägare, Creative Director, Art Directors, Compliance och Marknads-/Release Managers

Följa upp spelprojekten och spelens progress och säkerställa hög kvalitet

Hantera HR-relaterade frågor inom spelstudion och genomföra one-to-ones

Aktivt delta i spelforum för att säkerställa att spelproduktionerna matchar och lever upp till ELKs produktvision

Koordinera extern certifiering och samarbeta med Compliance för att säkerställa att marknadsspecifika krav uppfylls

Delta i audits

Driva agilt förbättringsarbete genom att ständigt utforska nya ideer och metoder för att optimera vår spelutvecklingsprocess

Vem är du?

Som Studio Manager har du ett strategiskt helhetsperspektiv och en stark förmåga att skapa förutsättningar för effektiva och framgångsrika spelproduktioner. Vi tror att du har en bakgrund inom teknisk projektledning och drivs av att utveckla både människor och processer. Med ditt coachande och inspirerande ledarskap ser du till att dina medarbetare har de rätta förutsättningarna för att lyckas och växa i sina roller.

Du förstår spelutvecklingens affärsmässiga och kreativa utmaningar och kan balansera operativa behov med långsiktiga mål. Vårt arbetssätt är agilt och dynamiskt, vilket kräver att du är lösningsorienterad, flexibel och har en förmåga att navigera i en föränderlig miljö. Självklart är du också prestigelös och redo att stötta där det behövs - oavsett om det handlar om att lösa akuta problem eller att lyfta blicken och driva strategiska initiativ.

Vårt huvudsakliga språk är engelska men i den här rollen behöver du även ha mycket goda kunskaper i svenska. Du behöver känna dig bekväm med att använda verktyg som finns tillgängliga i terminalen samt att jobba med XML.
