This is not a high-level advisory role—it’s a hands-on architect position where you will actively design, develop, and guide the implementation of solutions. You will be embedded within a development team, working directly with software engineers to build scalable, high-performance services in the Connectivity domain. What You’ll Do

1. Design & Develop: Architect end-to-end solutions for connectivity applications, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable designs.
2. Hands-On Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
3. Code & Review: While this is not a full-time coding role, you should be comfortable reading, reviewing, and occasionally writing code to support development efforts.
4. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor developers, ensuring best practices in cloud, microservices, and DevOps are followed.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Architects to align technical solutions with business needs.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive technical excellence within the team.

Who You Are

You are a practical architect who enjoys working closely with developers to build solutions that are scalable and robust. With experience in designing and implementing cloud-based, distributed systems, you thrive in an agile environment and understand the principles of DevOps. Your passion for software development, system design, and performance optimization drives you to create high-quality technical solutions. Additionally, you are a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that solutions align with both strategic goals and practical implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Tech Lead with architectural responsibilities.
2. Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and JMS.
3. Experience working with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, etc.) and infrastructure as code.
4. Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
5. Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
6. Understanding of event-driven architectures and streaming technologies.
7. Knowledge of networking and cloud infrastructure.
8. Experience in telematics/connectivity solutions is a plus.

Education & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
