Internationella Engelska Skolan Järfälla är en åk 5-9 skola med 560 elever och 65 medarbetare. IES Järfälla är en av de mest väletablerade skolorna i företaget, med tydliga strukturer, väl fungerande rutiner och en varm atmosfär. Skolan ligger på en kort promenads avstånd från Jakobsberg station. Vi söker nu en behörig och kreativ lärare i bild, textilslöjd och HKK för undervisning i årskurs 5-7, med tillträde januari 2026. Tjänsten är en vikariat på ett år. Den lärare som vi söker brinner för sina ämnen, har bra ordning i sitt klassrum och ett genuint intresse för elevernas välmående såväl som akademiska utveckling. Du kommer att samarbeta med kollegorna i ditt ämneslag för att planera kreativa och inspirerande lektioner. Det finns stor frihet i vår skola att prova nytt material och nya metoder i klassrummet. Utöver ämneslaget ingår du också i ett arbetslag som håller koll på elevernas akademiska utveckling och allmänna välmående. I arbetsrollen ingår mentorskap för 16 elever. Vår elevsammansättning är blandad och för att lyckas med undervisningen på IES Järfälla är det viktigt att förstå elevers olika bakgrund och förutsättningar, samt ha förmåga att anpassa sig och planera sin undervisning.
