Om tjänsten

Nu söker vi en driven och kommunikativ person som vill bli en del av vårt ekonomiteam under tiden en av våra medarbetare är föräldraledig. Du får en plats på vårt nya och fräscha kontor i Göteborg, där även CFO sitter som du rapporterar direkt till. Tjänsten är ett vikariat från maj 2025 till februari 2026.

Som Financial Controller inom personlig assistans arbetar du i ett team om sex personer som sitter på Hederas kontor i Göteborg, Falun och på Öland. Du har ett nära samarbete med affärsområdeschefen för personlig assistans och du ingår i den operativa ledningsgruppen för affärsområdet assistans.

Som Financial controller är du en viktig pusselbit i att få ihop helheten inom vår assistansverksamhet. Du arbetar bland annat med

- månads- och årsbokslut,
- analyser och rapporter,
- avvikelseanalys mot budget och kostnadskontroll,
- budgetarbete,
- rådgivning och stöd till ledning och verksamhet,
- löpande bokföring,
- moms-, skatt och inkomstdeklarationer,
- löpande utvecklingsarbete av rutiner och processer, och
- intern och extern finansiell rapportering.

Om dig

Du har arbetat med liknande uppgifter tidigare i minst två år och du har relevant högskoleutbildning eller erfarenhet som vi finner likvärdig. Du bör vara en fena på Excel och meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av Qlik. Har du arbetat självständigt i budgetprocesser är det ett plus. Flytande i svenska i tal och skrift är ett krav.

Som person är du ordningsam, strukturerad, positiv och ansvarstagande och du kan sätta dig in i nya arbetsuppgifter snabbt samtidigt som du är flexibel och prestigelös.
