About your job

In this position, you leverage your knowledge to enhance your work and collaborate effectively with various parts of our organization. You support activities within product development for our appointed crusher product, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. By identifying and suggesting new ideas, as well as sharing your skills and best practices within your function and networks, you add value to the business and contribute to our growth. You review and enhance methods, tools and processes to drive efficiency, provide input on the technical road map and are involved in relevant RTD projects. Staying updated on competitors' technical solutions ensures our products remain cutting-edge.

The location for this position is Svedala and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.

Your profile

We're looking for someone with a few years' experience in product development within the R&D function or equivalent experience. We're also open to applications from recent graduates with the right skills, personality and attitude. You're proficient in 3D CAD software and excel at conducting competitive analysis, gathering information from internal and external partners and ensuring thorough documentation. You have technical expertise and a systematic approach to reporting. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
