About the role...
The responsibilities include end to end design and build of data integration flow packages and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll do for us…
1. Design, build and deploy effective ETL pipeline to validate, synthesize, transform customer data for integrated business planning and analytics.
2. Review and analyze the data provided by customers along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies.
3. Lead customer sessions in the technical design, data requirements gathering and making recommendations on best practices, in case of inaccurate or missing data.
4. Design and automate the data loading and insights generation process with intelligent checks and balances for sustained value delivery.
5. Design and support execution of test plans, document issues and track progress at resolving issues.
What you’ll have...
1. Experience: 4 to 6 years of ETL development with at least 1 year in designing ETL solutions for clients is a MUST.
2. Good to have knowledge and experience in Delta Lake / Apache NiFi / Apache Airflow.
3. Prior work experience on Supply chain.
4. Good to have experience in Cloud Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High-Volume Data Loads.
5. Good to have experience working with Hive/Hadoop/Python.
6. Education: Bachelor's degree/Masters Degree in Computer Science and related fields of work.
7. Skills: Proficiency in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL with knowledge of DDL, DML, stored procedures, triggers and performance tuning is a MUST.
8. Knowledge on handling JSON files, Serializing the data, Posting data to API is desirable.
9. Business level English.
10. Business level Japanese.
11. Characteristics: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint /Visio for analysis and presentation.
12. Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
13. A patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
14. Mentor on approach and execution of solutions, coach on technologies and establishing a team-wide comprehension of solution capabilities and direction.
15. Ability to take complete ownership of the work and deliver with minimal oversight.
