We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team in Stockholm. About Imagimob
Imagimob is a scale-up driving innovation at the forefront of Edge AI and tinyML—and enabling the intelligent products of the future. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, the company has been serving global customers within the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and lifestyle industries since 2013. In 2020, Imagimob launched their SaaS solution, Imagimob AI for the swift and easy end-to-end development of Edge AI applications for devices with constrained resources. We are working closely with customers and partners from Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
In May 2023, Infineon Technologies AG acquired 100% of the shares in Imagimob. Imagimob belongs to the Connected Secure Systems (CSS) division.
Today we are a team of almost 20 employees, divided into three teams: Sales & Marketing, Product Development and Customer Success.
About the position
At Imagimob, you will become a key member of our cross-functional teams, collaborating with innovative AI engineers to develop the next generation of AI-powered products. As a member of our “Customer Success” team, you will work closely with our customers and take an active role in everything from AI Modelling, programming, collecting data to system testing and verification. Since many of our projects are breaking new grounds, your creativity will be challenged on a daily basis. If you love thinking outside the box and get inspired by hard engineering problems, this job will be a great fit. Since we are covering many topics, you will also be able to develop in the areas you find the most interesting.
In the Customer Success team, we focus on time-series, modal and sensor data, including but not limited to; audio, radar data, electrical signals etc. Our work is centred around refining our model development pipeline, ensuring that we build and deploy models efficiently, and applying our learnings to a variety of cases. We emphasise streamlining processes to deliver models quickly and developing the infrastructure to support them.
What you will do
1. Provide rapid solutions to customers using our products and services.
2. Tackle a diverse range of customer challenges and issues.
3. Participate in strategic planning, contribute to shaping our product offerings, and drive initiatives that align with our long-term vision.
4. Develop and deploy efficient AI/ML solutions for edge applications.
5. Collaborate with the product team to create customer-specific solutions.
6. Work with the sales team to promote products and projects.
7. Contribute to the development of infrastructure supporting model deployment and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Excellent programming skills in Python, and preferably even some knowledge C & C#.
2. Experience in working with machine learning and running models in production.
3. Experience working and upholding high programming standards.
4. Good knowledge of data analysis, statistics, signal processing and its practical applications.
5. University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, engineering physics or similar.
6. Somebody with ownership and initiative - who is interested in participating in strategy discussions and shaping the future of our products.
7. Desire for flexibility and handling new tasks or work as it comes in.
8. Experience working independently as well as helping colleagues achieve their goals so that customers are satisfied.
Good if you also have:
1. Experience working with audio data.
2. Experience in developing on embedded platforms.
3. Experience with a deep learning framework (e.g. Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe).
4. Experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in real-world applications.
5. Experience in programming in C#.
6. Experience in working closely with customers.
7. Interest in educating customers about machine learning.
