Advokatfirman Lindahl är en av Sveriges största och ledande affärsjuridiska advokatbyråer. Vi är en fullservicebyrå som drivs av viljan att leverera rak, tydlig och värdeskapande rådgivning till våra klienter. På Lindahl arbetar över 300 medarbetare varav ca 230 är jurister, fördelade på sex kontor runtom i landet.

Lindahl är inne i en spännande resa där digitalisering, kunskapsutveckling och innovativa arbetsmetoder står i fokus. För att kunna växla upp arbetet ytterligare söker vi nu en Legal Specialist – Knowledge & Innovation för att utöka vårt team inom avdelningen Knowledge Management (KM) & Innovation.

Som Legal Specialist – Knowledge & Innovation kommer du att ingå i Lindahls centrala affärsstöd och rapportera till byråns Head of Knowledge Management & Innovation. KM-Avdelningen arbetar med internt kunskapsbyggande och innovationsfrågor. Uppdraget är att stötta juristkollegorna på olika sätt men även externa kontakter förekommer.

Just nu handlar mycket av arbetet om implementationen av det avancerade juristverktyget Leya, ett arbete där KM-avdelningen spelar en viktig roll i att integrera Leya i hela verksamheten och få ut maximalt värde av verktyget – för Lindahls jurister men i slutändan också för alla klienter. Utöver det ansvarar teamet för att, tillsammans med andra delar av byrån, löpande utforska, testa och utvärdera olika verktyg och möjligheter som finns på marknaden.

En central del av avdelningens uppdrag är också att utveckla det interna kunskapsmaterialet, exempelvis malldokument, för att säkerställa att det är relevant och håller hög kvalitet. Visionen är att kombinera de nya digitala möjligheterna byråns interna och externa kunskapsmaterial för att skapa nya och effektiva arbetssätt.

- Utveckla och underhålla malldokument samt delta i administrationen av byråns KM-system.
- Stödja implementering och stötta användningen av nya digitala verktyg samt driva delprojekt inom digitalisering och innovation
- Stödja arbetet med att identifiera och utforma nya arbetssätt samt skapa playbooks
- Stödja olika initiativ inom kompetensutveckling samt utveckla grundutbildning för både jurister och medarbetare inom affärsstöd
- Stödja hanteringen av informationstjänster och säkerställa tillgång till relevanta informationskällor

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har:

- Juristexamen och 1-2 års erfarenhet av arbete vid en ledande affärsjuridisk advokatbyrå.
- Erfarenhet av digitala juristverktyg och KM-system samt god vana av datorer och Microsoft 365.
- Utmärkta kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
- Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i team.
- Kunskap inom GDPR och dataskyddsfrågor är meriterande men inget krav.

Rollen erbjuder viss flexibilitet och du kan välja att utgå från Helsingborg, Malmö eller Stockholm.
