Job Description and Key Responsibilities We are looking for an IT Technician to join our Global Internal IT team, a group function supporting all employees and companies within the Vertiseit group. As an IT Technician at Vertiseit, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organisation.

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

- Provide hands-on IT support to employees across the group, with a primary focus on supporting our Stockholm office, resolving technical issues efficiently and with high service quality.
- Work within the Microsoft 365 environment and Azure AD.
- Manage devices in Microsoft Intune to ensure compatibility and security.
- Handle basic networking tasks to maintain connectivity and reliability.
- Support and contribute to ongoing IT initiatives and improvements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Experience working in a Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environment.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts like DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, VLAN's, etc
- Familiarity with both Windows and Mac devices and OS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Any experience with Microsoft Intune is an advantage

This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm office, the headquarters of Visual Art. In this role, you will work closely with a colleague based in Stockholm while reporting to Emil Brandt, Vertiseit's Global Head of Internal IT, who is based in Varberg.
