Vi söker en Data Steward/Master Data till en av kund inom dagligvaruhandeln.

Rollen har ett övergripande ansvar att säkerställa hög masterdatakvalitet i enlighet med fastställda KPI:er, vilket möjliggör att företaget når sina strategiska prioriteringar.

Arbetsuppgifter
- Driva, utveckla och implementera företagets MDM-strategi.

- Arbeta utifrån fastställda processer för uppdatering av artikelobjekt och tillhörande attribut i SAP S/4 (GDS/MDG) samt i befintliga system.

- Validera och godkänna artikeldata för att säkerställa relevans och konsekvens.

- Validera och berika icke-köpande och icke-logistiska data.

- Godkänna artiklar för aktivering som beställningsbara produkter.

- Kommunicera med leverantörer angående identifierade fel i inkommande databehandling.

- Säkerställa framdrift i revideringsprocesser och upprätthålla artikelstruktur med tillhörande attribut.

- Vårda och säkerställa korrekt artikel- och leverantörsdata i centrala register.

- Samverka inom masterdata-teamet för utveckling av processer, arbetsrutiner och systemstöd.

- Ombearbeta CIN-meddelanden vid dataproblem eller felaktiga regler i GDS.

- Hantera ärenden i Cention inom utsatt tid.

Kvalifikationer
- Minst 1 års erfarenhet inom dagligvaruhandel och masterdata.

- Minst 1 års erfarenhet av administrativt arbete.

- Meriterande med systemkunskap i SAP och MDG.

- Erfarenhet av GS1 och Validoo.

- Goda kunskaper i Officepaketet, särskilt Excel.

- Flytande i svenska och engelska.

- Noggrann, kommunikativ och prestigelös.

- Effektiv med helhetsperspektiv och en stark lagspelare.
