Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our factory in Sunne. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

You will be based in Sunne, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. Tetra Pak Packaging AB in Sunne, Sweden is responsible for manufacturing of Tetra Rex packaging material and implementation of converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear customer focus and world class manufacturing standards. World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is our continuous improvement programme in the factory.

What you will do

As our new Future Talent – Production Engineer you will:

- Be a part of the WCM Office team in the factory
- Contribute to the factory development of WCM towards next level
- Be exposed to WCM methodologies and tools
- Leading, training and coaching of improvement teams
- Be involved in and have assignments connected to process cell activities in the factory such as optimisation of process run ability, development and maintenance of specifications and secure basic conditions
- You will develop a broad knowledge related to our production processes and systems

We believe you have

- You have a Masters Degree in Engineering (Graduated 2024-2025)
- It is an advantage if you have experience working in manufacturing
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- You have good communications skills, written and spoken
- Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
