Jag heter Cathrine Ballay och ansvarar för vårt fantastiska Customer Success team i region SydVäst. Just nu söker vi en engagerad Architect Networking som vill utveckla både nya och befintliga kundrelationer, med fokus på våra innovativa lösningar och tjänster inom nätverk.

Som Architect Networking blir du en nyckelperson och rådgivare för regionens ledningsgrupp. Du spelar en central roll i att driva vår kulturella utveckling inom IT-infrastruktur, med fokus på nätverksaffären.

I denna roll ansvarar du för att:

- Skapa High Level Design, funktionsbeskrivningar och göra produktval för nätverk vid komplexa affärer.
- Stötta konsultchefer, säljteam och kunder genom planering, workshops och affärsutveckling.
- Tillhöra vår regionala konsultorganisation och arkitektteam där du bidrar med expertis inom nätverk, samtidigt som du har en övergripande förståelse för flera lösningsområden.
- Vid behov arbeta med tekniska implementationer eller arbetsleda tekniska resurser för att säkerställa framgångsrika projekt.

Exempel på vad du kommer att göra:

- Verka som senior rådgivare och arkitekt inom avancerad IT-infrastruktur med specialisering på nätverk.
- Samarbeta nära våra strategiska partners, konsultchefer och säljteam.
- Genomföra och vidareutveckla kundworkshops samt implementera governanceramverk för att guida kunder inom IT-infrastruktur.

Är det här du?

För att trivas i rollen har du djup teknisk kompetens inom nätverk och IT-infrastruktur, med en tydlig koppling till affär. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med rådgivning och design på en avancerad nivå, och är van vid att ta eget ansvar såväl som att samarbeta i team.

Som person är du en skicklig kommunikatör, trygg i dialoger med människor på alla nivåer i en organisation. Med din omvärldskunskap identifierar du kundernas behov och levererar lösningar som gör skillnad.

- Erfarenhet från liknande roller, exempelvis arkitekt, konsult eller produktägare inom nätverk.
- Djupa kunskaper inom nätverkslösningar, både produkter och tjänster.
- Meriterande är erfarenhet av Ciscos produktportfölj.
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
