Företagsgruppen startades genom ett plattformsförvärv för drygt ett år sedan och har därefter gjort fyra tilläggsförvärv. Gruppen kommer under Q1 2025 nå en årlig omsättning på >2 miljarder SEK och har ambitioner att genom nya förvärv och organiskt tillväxt kraftigt växa verksamheten kommande år och bli en ledande europeisk aktör inom sitt område.

Med denna tillväxtagenda blir rollen som Head of M&A en viktig del av gruppens fortsatta utveckling. Du blir en naturlig del av ledningsgruppen, rapporterar till koncernchefen och tillhör företagsgruppens centrala organisation.

I rollen förväntas du driva M&A-agendan strategiskt såväl som operativt och även vara drivande i strategi- och affärsutvecklingsarbete med övriga ledningsgruppen.

Primära ansvarsområden

- Ansvara för gruppens förvärvsstrategi

- Projektleda och ansvara för samtliga steg i M&A-processerna

- Koordinering av finansiell och legal due diligence med externa rådgivare

- Ansvar för integration och onboarding av förvärvade bolag

- Strategi- och affärsutvecklingsarbete

- Aktivt bidra till att kontinuerligt utveckla och förbättra M&A-funktionens struktur och processer

Profilbeskrivning

Vi söker dig med minst sju års erfarenhet av inhouse-M&A eller PE-bolag. Rätt kandidat för rollen trivs med att arbeta strategiskt såväl som operativt och har både en hög social och analytisk förmåga.

Som person är du resultatfokuserad, nyfiken och lösningsorienterad. Relationsskapande kommer naturligt för dig och du har en självklar förmåga att samarbeta på en hög affärsmässig nivå både internt och externt. För att passa i rollen lockas du av möjligheten att arbeta i en tillväxtmiljö med många kontaktytor där du tar ett självständigt ansvar för M&A-agendan.

- Akademisk utbildningsbakgrund inom företagsekonomi, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande

- Starkt meriterande med erfarenhet från M&A roll-ups i decentraliserad miljö

- Avancerad användare av Excel och Powerpoint

- Kommunikativt stark inom både tal och skrift (svenska och engelska)

Övrigt

Rollens placering är fri i Sverige och du kan arbeta till stor del "på distans" om du önskar. Ledningsgruppskollegor finns på olika kontor runt om i Sverige, bland annat i Örebro, Skövde och Stockholm. Resor i Sverige och utomlands ingår i rollen.
