Join an innovative retail organization as a Data Analyst, where you'll play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with global and regional retail stakeholders to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven insights.
- Transform complex business questions into structured analyses, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze large datasets, applying SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or other analytics tools to develop effective models and methods.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business questions and provide timely insights.
- Lead analyses, derive key insights, and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.

About you

You are a skilled data analyst with a strong analytical mindset and business acumen. Your ability to translate data into strategic insights makes you a valuable partner for stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and can manage your own projects while effectively communicating complex findings in a clear and compelling way.

Experience and skills

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Python, R, or Power BI.
- Strong ability to interpret and visualize data, providing actionable business insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing analytical models.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with business stakeholders globally.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About the assignment

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings.
