Frontend Engineer, Listing Operations Wolt is looking for a Frontend Engineer to expand our Listing Operations team. The team is part of the Merchant Product group and is responsible for enabling the delivery of the merchant tool set that helps our partners drive and grow their businesses. Thousands of Merchants across the globe are using this tooling on a daily basis. What You’ll Be Doing - Understand the intention of what we are building and why - With the help of more seasoned engineers, work on assigned tasks ensuring timely delivery - Bring new ideas to the table to discuss with the team, help the team to grow in their profession. - Your role will require an ability to handle ambiguity and rapid changes while maintaining a focus on quality and high performance. - If you love collaborating with multiple engineering stakeholders, focusing on the long-term quality of the user experience, and making life easier for our Merchants, this is the team for you ?This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki, Stockholm or Tallinn. Must haves - Proven expertise in building production grade consumer-facing frontend applications, using TypeScript and React as well as writing automated tests. - Strong collaborative communication skills that enable giving and receiving constructive feedback, while proactively communicating progress and potential roadblocks within a cross-functional team environment. - Experience using performance monitoring and alerting tools to track key metrics and consistently driving improvements based on data - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
