The Role

We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic On-Call Hourly Staff Member to support our classrooms as a class assistant and/or help facilitate activities in our after-school care program. This is a substitute-style position, where work is offered on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will:

- Assist teachers in creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
- Provide guidance and supervision to students during lessons and activities.
- Support student learning through small group work or one-on-one assistance.
- Help facilitate a safe, structured, and fun after-school program for primary students.
- Lead and participate in creative crafts, outdoor activities, and engaging play-based learning experiences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and well-being.

Who You Are

- Experienced in working with children in a school, daycare, or similar setting.
- Passionate about education, creative play, and supporting young learners.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (Swedish proficiency is an advantage).
- Available on short notice to work flexible hours as needed.
