Om tjänsten:
">Vår kund är ett private equity-företag som äger cirka 140 bolag och strävar efter att vara majoritetsägare i dessa. De placerar bolagen i fonder som sedan säljs till investerare. Huvudkontoret ligger i Norge, men de har även sitt kontor här i Stockholm med 55-60 anställda. Här i Stockholm hanteras all IT, inklusive all hårdvara.
Huvudfokus för företaget är att vara en ledande teknologisk aktör inom sin bransch, vilket ställer höga krav på vår IT-infrastruktur. Företaget består av hårt arbetande och kompetenta personer som kräver hög nivå av support. De investerar mycket i techbolag och vill visa att de ligger i framkant vad gäller IT.
Företagets utveckling:
">Historiskt sett har man haft en väldigt out-sourcad IT-organisation men håller nu på att hämta hem mycket och ha det in-house istället. De hanterar allt från behörigheter och IT-utrustning till att sätta upp connections med leverantörer och hantera hårdvara. De är helt molnbaserade och använder Microsoft E5-licenser, PowerBI och Copilot.
Dina arbetsuppgifter:
">I denna roll kommer du att få resa runt till andra kontor i Europa och hjälpa kollegor. Som mest kommer du vara på resande fot 1-2 gånger per månad och åka till exempelvis Tyskland eller Norge. För att trivas i denna roll bör du drivas av att ge hög nivå av service och vara förberedd på att jobba i en komplex IT-miljö.
Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter kommer att innefatta:
">* Intern IT-support på mellannivå för alla kontor i Europa
* Hantering av ärenden som rör allt från behörigheter till IT-utrustning
* Resor till andra kontor, cirka 1-2 gånger per månad
* Delta i viktiga möten och samarbeten externt

Meriterande:
