Financial Controller

Tjänsten

Som Financial Controller kommer ditt huvudsakliga fokus vara bolagets intern- och externredovisning samt bokslutsrapportering. Du kommer att leda avdelningens bokslutsarbete avseende redovisning, avstämning och rapportering till Group Finance, och ansvara för att givna deadlines hålls. Du kommer tillsammans med Finance Director vara en viktig spelare för vår externa och interna audit. Du förväntas också ha en aktiv och betydande roll i den årliga budgetprocessen samt kommer vara en viktig medlem i vårt Finance Team där du med din erfarenhet och kompetens förväntas bidra till att förbättra och effektivisera våra processer.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bl.a. att inkludera:

- Arbeta med utveckling/förbättringar av ekonomifunktionens processer
- Rapportering av månadsbokslut och budget till Group Finance
- Sammanställa/upprätta det svenska rapportpaketet varje månad
- Anläggningsredovisning
- Projektuppföljning gällande våra CapEx projekt samt uppföljning av kostnadsbärarprojekt tillsammans med projektledare månadsvis
- Kostnadsuppföljningar för våra OH-funktioner
- Se till att våra processer följer ICFR
- Årsredovisning
- Inkomstskattedeklaration
- Ansvarig att delge våra revisorer underlag vid den årliga förvaltnings- och årsbokslutsrevisionen
- Supportera teamet/verksamheten i olika ekonomiska frågeställningar
- Aktivt deltagande i byte av kommande ERP-system till SAP

Du rapporterar till bolagets Finance Director och har ett nära samarbete med 8 trevliga arbetskollegor på ekonomiavdelningen.

Profil

För att passa i rollen har du goda kunskaper i externredovisning samt god förståelse för hur olika processer samverkar och påverkar varandra. Du har en god analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av att lösa rapporteringsfrågor. Du är en engagerad Financial Controller som trivs med utmanande och varierande arbetsuppgifter samt vill vara med och utforma framtidens ekonomiavdelning i en internationell miljö.

Vidare är du ansvarstagande och strukturerad. Du är bra på att planera ditt arbete för att hålla uppsatta deadlines och få det resultat du eftersträvar. Du har en god analytisk förmåga och är kvalitetsmedveten. Du har ett genuint intresse av att driva förbättringsarbete samt är drivande och tycker om att ta eget ansvar. Då rollen har många kontaktytor är det viktigt att du har lätt för att bygga goda relationer och har god kommunikativ förmåga, vilket innebär att du på ett professionellt men enkelt och tydligt sätt kan förmedla finansiell information.

Vi ser att du är civilekonom eller har annan relevant högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi. Du har minst 5 års erfarenhet från arbete som Financial Controller/Redovisningsekonom inom ett större tillverkande/producerande företag. Har du arbetat i en global koncernstruktur är detta en fördel. Du har goda IT-kunskaper och behärskar Excel mycket väl samt har god vana att arbeta i affärssystem. Då vi står inför byte av ERP-system kommer erfarenhet och vana av att arbeta i detta vara viktigt. Har du kunskaper inom SAP är detta meriterande, dock inget krav. Då vi är en internationell koncern utgår vi ifrån att du behärskar svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.
