About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and championing Agile methodologies within a cross-functional team. The focus lies on supporting and developing a corporate data platform initiative that is part of a broader effort involving data and machine learning. The platform is a critical enabler for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

The team is in the early stages of replacing legacy technology, taking an iterative approach to navigate multiple parallel transformation initiatives. This involves addressing significant coordination, prioritization, and collaboration challenges across business and technical domains.

As an Agile Coach, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the team’s ability to deliver value by embedding Agile principles and practices. You will act as a bridge between business objectives and technical requirements, working closely with product owners and other leaders to create a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will support the organization in adopting long-term, sustainable working methods that align with its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

– Implement Agile Practices: Guide the team in adopting Agile principles and Scrum practices to deliver value efficiently and effectively.

– Coach and Mentor: Strengthen the team’s understanding of Agile methodologies, fostering a mindset of continuous development and innovation.

– Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure the team’s activities align with broader business objectives.

– Support Prioritization and Governance: Facilitate transparency and alignment in terms of team capacity, goals, and backlog priorities.

– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and support processes that drive seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.

– Foster Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture where innovation and continuous improvement are core values.

Qualifications

– A relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT Management, Project Management, or a related field.

– Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and their application to governance and portfolio management.

– Proven ability to engage and align business and technical stakeholders to build consensus and drive results.

– Documented success in leading and embedding change within complex organizations.

– Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas across all organizational levels.

– A servant leadership approach that inspires and empowers teams to achieve shared goals.

– A proactive and solution-focused mindset, driven by continuous improvement and long-term development.

– Team player with a collaborative attitude, focused on collective success.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

– Location: Stockholm.

– Travel Requirements: Travel within the Nordic and Baltic regions is expected.
