Vi söker en erfaren Senior Change Manager som vill vara med och utveckla och leda förändringsprocesser i våra avancerade sensorsystem för både försvars- och civil verksamhet.
I denna roll får du vara en del av en tekniskt utmanande och innovativ miljö där förändringsledning och systemutveckling går hand i hand.
Vi befinner oss i en fas där vi i högre grad börjar använda kodagenter (MMLs) och AI i våra kodverktyg och processer, och du kommer att vara en nyckelspelare i att driva denna förändring.

Din roll

Som Senior Change Manager med systemutvecklingskompetens kommer du att ha en central roll i att driva och optimera våra förändrings- och konfigurationshanteringsprocesser. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter inkluderar:

* Leda och utveckla processer för förändringshantering i våra produktutvecklings- och leveransprojekt
* Implementera och optimera AI-baserade kodagenter och automatiserade processer för att effektivisera utvecklingsflöden
* Säkerställa att förändringar hanteras spårbart och i enlighet med krav och regelverk
* Arbeta tvärfunktionellt med olika team inom hårdvara, mjukvara och systemintegration för att säkerställa att förändringar implementeras effektivt och säkert
* Stödja utvecklingsteam genom att kombinera expertis inom systemutveckling och förändringsledning



Din profil

Vi söker dig som har:

* Minst fem års erfarenhet av förändringshantering (Configuration Management) i komplexa tekniska miljöer
* Erfarenhet av systemutveckling och en förståelse för mjukvaruarkitektur
* Ett starkt tekniskt ledarskap och en förmåga att driva förändringsprojekt
* Erfarenhet av att implementera och förbättra konfigurations- och förändringshanteringsprocesser
* Förmåga att samarbeta med både interna och externa intressenter
* Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom systemutveckling, datateknik, industriell ekonomi eller liknande område.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

* Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta med förändringsledning inom högteknologiska system.
* Erfarenhet av att arbeta i komplexa utvecklingsprojekt med höga krav på kvalitet och leveranssäkerhet.
* Erfarenhet av att implementera och arbeta med AI och automatiserade kodverktyg inom utvecklingsprocesser.
* Erfarenhet av AI-stöd i utvecklingsprocesser är meriterande
