Vi på Privacy Office söker nu ytterligare en Bolagsjurist. Är du jurist med goda kunskaper avseende dataskydd, AI och tech-relaterad juridik? Har du ett verksamhetsnära sätt angripa juridiska frågeställningar och förklara dessa? Då kan du vara den vi söker

Vi söker nu ytterligare en bolagsjurist som vill arbeta nära den löpande verksamheten genom att bistå med kvalificerad juridisk rådgivning primärt inom dataskyddsrättsliga och AI-relaterade frågeställningar.

Som bolagsjurist på Privacy Office kommer du att löpande vara involverad i utvecklingsinitiativ för att göra juridiska analyser, arbeta med de juridiska delarna av AI-governance, stötta med att göra bedömningar av olika AI-initiativ, hjälpa verksamheten upprätta konsekvensbedömningar, ta fram beslutsunderlag, dokumentera personuppgiftsbehandlingar samt utbilda inom ditt kompetensområde. Du kommer även arbeta nära övriga bolagsjurister inom Juridikenheten avseende legala bedömningar vid exempelvis avtalsingående.

Avdelningen arbetar tätt tillsammans som ett team men rollen kräver att du kan arbeta självständigt och ta eget ansvar. Rollen innebär vidare mycket kontakt med olika intressenter inom hela Länsförsäkringsgruppen och nära samverkan med olika delar av verksamheten.

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du är en verksamhetsorienterad, kommunikativ jurist med god analysförmåga som arbetat med dataskyddslagstiftning i minst 5 år samt har kunskaper avseende AI-förordningen och ett stort intresse för tech-relaterad lagstiftning samt förmåga och intresse att lära nytt avseende nya digitala tjänster. Särskilt meriterande är tidigare arbete med AI-förordningen, nya digitala tjänster, FIDA och erfarenhet från finansbranschen.

Vi ser att du bidrar till Länsförsäkringargruppens gemensamma målsättningar genom att på ett flexibelt och pragmatiskt sätt angripa juridiska frågeställningar och förklara dessa för verksamheten. Vi förväntar oss att du tar en aktivt rådgivande roll genom att vara delaktig i hela processen och, utifrån ditt kompetensområde, bidrar till att hitta legala lösningar.

Vi ser även att du obehindrat behärskar svenska och engelska muntligt och skriftligt på en professionell nivå.

Som person är du drivande och resultatorienterad med initiativförmåga, ansvarstagande och har hög genomförandekraft. Du är analytisk med förmåga till självledarskap, kan skapa struktur, hantera många initiativ samtidigt och leverera resultat med kvalité i tid. Du är utåtriktad och kommunikativ samt har lätt för att entusiasmera och skapa engagemang.

Vi är en avdelning om 8 motiverade och presterande personer som tillsammans har roligt på jobbet, uppmuntrar och stöttar varandra. Avdelningen arbetar tätt tillsammans som ett team. Du kommer även att få många kontaktytor i en stor bolagsgrupp.

Hos oss får du möjlighet att vara en del av utvecklingen av Privacy Office, då avdelningen tillskapades under hösten 2022 och fortsatt växer för att hantera vårt uppdrag.
