Vi söker iOS-utvecklare till Trafikmyndighet i Stockholm.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget och Arbetsområde

I myndighetens uppdrag ligger att bereda och verkställa beslut om inriktning och omfattning för en långsiktigt hållbar kollektivtrafik. Dessutom ansvarar de för styrning och uppföljning av trafikdrift samt upprätthållandet av infrastrukturens funktion, säkerhet och värde. Varje dag reser mer än 700 000 personer med den allmänna kollektivtrafiken, det vill säga resor med tunnelbana, bussar, pendeltåg och lokalbanor

Gruppen digitala kanaler består av 60+ medarbetare fördelat över kanalerna app, webb, publika API:er och digitala skyltar. De arbetar enligt agila principer och med stor öppenhet och samarbete över kanalteamen. Du kommer att arbeta inom team Varumärke och plattform.

För att ta vår applikation till nästa steg söker de erfarna iOS-utvecklare som kan bidra från första stund.

Du kommer att arbeta med en produkt som används dagligen av flera hundra tusen användare.

Myndigheten söker dig som har passion för teknik och app-utveckling, med problemlösningsförmåga och erfarenhet av att skapa användarvänliga och robusta applikationer.

Du kommer att medverka i ett projekt som förväntas bli klart till årsskiftet.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Minst 8 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT. Minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet av att aktivt utveckla i Swift, inklusive minst 2 års erfarenhet av utveckling i SwiftUI. Erfarenheten ska omfatta arbete med avancerade funktioner i Swift, såsom generics, felhantering (error handling), minneshantering (memory management), parallellprogrammering (concurrency) med async/await samt avancerad UI-komposition i SwiftUI. Minst 6 månaders arbetslivserfarenhet av att aktivt utveckla iOS-applikationer med över en halv miljon användare. Erfarenhet av att leda eller spela en nyckelroll i minst tre (3) projekt där tekniska lösningar direkt ledde till mätbara förbättringar. Exempel på förbättringar kan vara minskad appladdningstid med minst 25%, gjorde 20% av appen helt tillgänglighetsanpassad enligt WCAG AA, ökad appstabilitet med minst 30% (minskning av crash rate), eller förbättrade användarbetyg med minst en hel poäng på appbutiker efter en uppdatering. Minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet av apputveckling med tillgänglighetsfokus (ex: WCAG, VoiceOver). Minst 1 uppdrag med erfarenhet av par-programmering

Minst 3 års eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller motsvarande.

Meriterande

Minst 6 månaders arbetslivserfarenhet av att driva eller bidra till strategiska teknikval och innovationsinitiativ inom apputveckling. Minst 6 månaders arbetslivserfarenhet av att utveckla och vägleda teamets tekniska kompetens och arbetsprocesser. Minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet av att ha jobbat med Figma eller liknande designverktyg, tex Abstract, Sketch, Zepplin. Minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet av att ha jobbat strukturerat med Git.
