The Product Engineering organization consists of several self-organized/managed cross-functional teams with the people and skills needed to deliver our innovative digital products and solutions to patients and healthcare providers participating in clinical trials around the world. We are working with agile methodology delivering a new release of the software product with program increments every quarter.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Squad Lead, you'll guide a talented cross-functional team of about 10 developers, testers, designers, and business analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of patients in the clinical trial solution Unified Trial. You'll work on exciting projects such as frontend web and mobile applications, backend-for-frontend layers and content management systems.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, testers, and business analysts to deliver exceptional results.
* Supporting the Crew Engineer Lead in the recruitment of new team members and fostering a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
* Driving Agile processes, including preparing and leading PI planning and scrum activities.
* Facilitating collaboration between multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and solutions.
* Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the software aligns with product roadmaps and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience as a leader, with 2+ years of team lead experience.
* Strong background in software development (5+ years of hands-on experience) and a deep understanding of building frontend solutions and backend services.
* Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
* Driven by creating a high-performing team where knowledge sharing and building great solutions is what makes you smile at the end of the day.
* Long experience working with Agile methods, particularly SAFe and Scrum.
* Fluency in English is required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Experience or interest in coding and system architecture, with a hands-on approach to supporting technical decisions.
* Experience with modern frontend frameworks for web and mobile applications (e.g., React/React Native).
* Experience with, or an interest in, taking on line management responsibilities.
* Familiarity with regulatory knowledge, such as GxP, SaMD validation, or similar.
* Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification.

Location
The office is based in Gothenburg near GoCo Health Innovation Center in Mölndal. It´s close to public transportation and easy to access by car. We have an on-site commitment of three days a week.
