Om rollen:

Som Manufacturing Engineer (ME) konsult hos DevPort får du möjligheten att arbeta med spännande kunder inom den tillverkande industrin, där du hjälper till att utveckla och effektivisera produktionsprocesser. Du kommer att samarbeta nära våra kunder och deras design-, produktions- och kvalitetsteam för att säkerställa effektiva, hållbara och kostnadseffektiva tillverkningslösningar.

Vi söker dig som brinner för processoptimering, automatisering och produktionsutveckling, och som vill arbeta i en konsultroll där du får utmanande uppdrag inom varierande branscher såsom fordon, medicinteknik, flygindustri och verkstadsindustri.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

· Driva och genomföra processoptimeringsprojekt med fokus på effektivitet, automation och kostnadsreducering.

· Implementera och utveckla Design for Manufacturing (DFM) och Design for Assembly (DFA) för att förbättra produktionsbarhet.

· Arbeta med Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma och andra datadrivna metoder för att optimera produktionsprocesser.

· Samarbeta med produktutvecklingsteam för att säkerställa smidiga övergångar från design till produktion.

· Leda automatiseringsprojekt och investeringar i ny produktionsutrustning.

· Säkerställa efterlevnad av kvalitets- och säkerhetsstandarder, inklusive ISO 9001, IATF 16949 och AS9100.

· Integrera Industry 4.0-teknologier, inklusive IIoT, digitala tvillingar och smarta produktionslösningar.

· Stödja kunder i att utveckla nyckeltal (KPI:er) för produktivitet, skrotreducering och cykeltider.

Vem vi söker:

Vi söker dig som vill ta nästa steg i din karriär och arbeta i en flexibel och utvecklande konsultroll där du får bidra med din expertis till några av Sveriges ledande tillverkningsföretag.

? Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom tillverkningsteknik, processoptimering eller industriell automation.

? Erfarenhet av Design for Manufacturing (DFM) och Design for Assembly (DFA).

? Starka projektledningsfärdigheter (PMP-certifiering är meriterande).

? Kunskap inom processoptimering och LEAN-metoder (Kaizen, Six Sigma).

? Flytande i svenska och engelska – både i tal och skrift.

? Förmåga att leda tvärfunktionella team och kommunicera med olika intressenter.

? Starka analytiska färdigheter med erfarenhet av datadriven beslutsfattning och processoptimering.

? Erfarenhet av att arbeta med ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 och säkerhetsföreskrifter (OSHA, ISO 45001).
