Job description

Randstad Digital are now looking for a security officer for one of our clients. You will manage security policies by providing the necessary operational support to various structures in the organization. This is a communicative and solutions oriented position where you will cooperate with colleagues in Sweden and abroad, implementing and adjusting security initiatives to the Nordic branches. This position is more focused on processes and leading and coordinating changes than hands-on technical work.

After an initial consultancy assignment for a couple of months, our client is looking to employ. This means that subcontractors are not suitable for this position.

Our client has their office in Mölndal with easy access by tram or bus. Their remote work policy is 60 (office)/40(remote) but they are flexible if necessary.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for three main areas:

- Security Policy and Governance
- Security - Activity follow up
- Business and Information Continuity

This is a Nordic position that covers all premises and employees as well as the IT-platform. Travels are however quite rare.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position you'll need to have a strong IT-background and a passion for IT-security. In this position you will lead directives from the global organization but also make sure to keep yourself up-to-date with Swedish and Nordic regulations.

The position is senior and we are looking for candidates with similar work experience.

You need to be fluent in English, spoken and written.

Personality-wise we are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, preferably with experience from multi-cultural organizations. You need to be able to speak to technicians, managers and different stakeholders and navigate in a large organization. Are you a problem-solver, good at explaining and pitching ideas? Then you could be the right person for this job
