Who are you? Your Role: As Segment Leader, you will drive strategic and operational purchasing activities within the off-board charging and services domain. You should also be able to manage segments other than Off off-board charging area, when needed. Your responsibilities will include: Your main focus area will be as a Segment leader * Leading strategic purchasing activities for private, public, turnkey charging solutions & E-EMobility Service Provider (EMSP). * Driving strategy development and execution globally, with a strong focus on some of the key markets. * Conducting business reviews, managing major sourcing events, and collaborating cross-functionally across purchasing teams. * Ensuring performance alignment with stakeholder priorities and business objectives. * Delivering segment strategies and business plans with a global perspective. * Building networks and supporting stakeholders in achieving Profit & Loss targets. * Flexibly managing additional segments based on workload and business needs. * Being a proactive “doer” who delivers on deadlines and drives results.
