Jr. CFO

As our Junior CFO, you shall be aware of our business's current developments and will be encouraged to recommend courses of action such as contributing to product development, models, and metrics, empowering our clients to reach their goals.

You will contribute to setting a budget forecast and preparing financial models to predict the economic conditions of the company, safeguard our development forward, and attract investors.

Big-picture thinking on forecasts beyond quarterly reports while managing day-to-day activities.

Leadership

Business partner, communicator, and cross-functional influencer with vision and foresight.

Operations

Data analysis and profit improvement.

Controls

Identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risk.

CAPABILITIES

- Collecting and analyzing trends, reports, and various data to present financial reports.
- Show proficiency with spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical and graphics packages.
- Making reports such as forecasting costs, benefit analysis, trending, and result analysis.
- Documenting the financial directions, business processes, and structure of the business.
- Benchmarking, strategy research, and technology investment valuation.
- Collecting and documenting receipts and other simple, sometimes repetitive tasks will also be required for this role.

CONDITIONS

Languages: English fluently, Swedish fluently

Location: Stockholm

Reporting: Directly to the CEO

Performance-based results will be reviewed and create opportunities for further training and educational programs to advance the career as a Junior CFO.
