We are seeking an innovative and driven Project Manager who excels at managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively. If you have a passion for getting things done and are a master at finding solutions to complex challenges, we want to hear from you

In this role, you’ll find yourself in a dynamic environment where you are expected to proactively find solutions to complex challenges. You will enjoy a lot of autonomy in this role, working alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates, building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and contractors to implement solutions that will shape the future of sustainable mobility.

Projects you will be in charge of are Assets Life Management projects in delivery phase, meaning you will take care of newly refurbished trains making sure they bring full satisfaction to our customers.

Day-to-day, you’ll closely collaborate with teams across the business, including Engineering, Procurement, and Quality Assurance, while ensuring that project requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

We will look to you for:

- Acting as the primary contact for customers, partners, and stakeholders on project-related issues.
- Driving decisions to address challenges that affect project performance.
- Taking overall responsibility for project management processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Leading and coordinating various project initiatives to foster collaboration and efficiency.
- Implementing innovative solutions to overcome project challenges and ensuring successful project deliveries.
- Overlooking execution of upgrades on complete fleet of trains in various customer facilities

- Strong mindset on EHS with industrial experience
- Experience collaborating with customers and contractors.
- Fluent in English
- Must understand and speak Swedish

Willingness to travel to other depots and offices as part of the role.
