Om rollen
I din roll som Financial Controller kommer du bland annat att arbeta med redovisning och skatt, upprättande av månads- och årsbokslut samt analyser och sammanställning av ledningsrapporter. I ett nära samarbete med dina kollegor inom ekonomifunktionen och övrig verksamhet så driver du även utveckling och effektivisering av arbetssätt och processer.

I rollen som Financial Controller rapporterar du till CFO. Genom hög kompetens, effektiva processer och ett verksamhetsnära arbetssätt bidrar ekonomifunktionen med affärsmässighet till en långsiktigt hållbar lönsamhet för Swerim.

Placering av tjänsten är på Swerims kontor i Stockholm eller Luleå, med flexibilitet att arbeta på distans någon dag per vecka.

Om dig
För att lyckas i rollen som Financial Controller tror vi att du har en akademisk bakgrund inom ekonomi med redovisningsinriktning samt goda kunskaper och mångårig erfarenhet av arbete med bokslut, finansiell rapportering och analys samt redovisning och skatt. Har du erfarenhet från anslagsfinansierad projektverksamhet ser vi det som meriterade. Vidare är det positivt om du har ett intresse för utveckling och effektivisering av processer och systemstöd.

Eftersom rollen innebär många kontaktytor ser vi det som viktigt att du är en lagspelare som kan främja goda relationer och har ett prestigelöst fokus på det gemensamma målet. Som person är du ansvarstagande, strukturerad och noggrann.

Du trivs i en miljö där du får utvecklas och samtidigt uppskattar att bidra till andras utveckling och där din nyfikenhet gör att du håller dig uppdaterad inom ditt expertområde.

Du skriver och talar obehindrat på svenska och engelska.
