About the Position

The Division Additive and Ceramic Technologies (ACT) seeks a proactive Vice President Finance to drive profitable growth. This role involves leading key business management activities, including profitability analysis, business control support, strategic planning, target setting, and forecasting.

To be successful, you must be proactive, agile, and possess a deep understanding of processes and business. You will contribute to executing our business strategy and support creating a culture for continuous improvement.

This position is based in either Höganäs, Sweden, or Germany, with 30-45 days of travel per year expected. You will report to the Division President and work closely with the leadership team.

Your Profile

We seek an open-minded individual with a strong financial background, holding a university degree in Business Administration or related fields. You should have at least five years of experience as a business controller in a manufacturing environment, along with international reporting experience.

As a team player, you will actively engage with stakeholders to ensure a common agenda and strive for improvement. Your analytical capabilities and business insight are essential for this role.

You must be fluent in English, and German is beneficial due to the division's key locations in Germany. Experience with BI-tools, reporting tools, Excel, and PowerPoint is advantageous.

This role requires you to be a leader who drives sustainable change and contributes to Höganäs' transformation. The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
