The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, excellent coding skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure. Key Responsibilities • Design, Implement, and Support Saviynt IGA solutions for enterprise customers. • Develop and customize workflows, forms, and connectors within Saviynt. • Perform Access Reviews, Certifications, and Role Management in compliance with organizational policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with LDAP directories, application servers, and enterprise systems. • Provide Level 3 support for critical incidents and resolve technical challenges promptly. • Engage with global stakeholders and deliver customer-facing solutions with clear communication and professionalism. Required Technical Skills • Experience: o Minimum 8 years in development and implementation of IAM solutions. o At least 2 years of hands-on Level 3 implementation experience with Saviynt IGA. • Programming Expertise: o Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, and scripting languages. o Advanced Java debugging and troubleshooting skills. • Saviynt Knowledge: o Extensive experience in Access Reviews, Certifications, and workflow development. o Familiarity with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes, and provisioning. • Infrastructure & Integration: o Solid understanding of LDAP concepts and experience with multiple LDAP directories. o Hands-on experience with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere). • Soft Skills: o Excellent oral and written communication skills. o Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
