As Communication Partner with us, you are part of the enabling function People, Culture & Communication. The communication team is a small group of communication professionals working closely together and in collaboration with colleagues from across functions to ensure our co-workers are informed and engaged around our business movements. We are also in the lead of employer branding, to position IMC as a great place to work for future colleagues. The team is a group of strategic doers, and to enjoy this position we believe you too enjoy moving quickly between strategy/planning and execution/delivery. We put great efforts and pride into leaning in on our common agenda, being a strong partner to the business and daring to try and explore new ways to always improve and be relevant in our deliveries.

More about the role
The Communication partner is passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people. A good understanding of working with communication planning and execution and how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda is needed.

You have a strong sense for creating target group-specific communication, turning complex topics into simple, straightforward and inspiring communication through relevant channels. You are creative, curious and solution oriented. Ideally you are familiar with the IKEA identity and tone of voice and are an ambassador of the IKEA culture and values.

You are experienced in working with multiple stakeholders, and you are structured and service-minded, with an ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in project groups.
