In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Oracle Logistics (OTM/GTM) Senior Principal Consultant for exciting cloud-based projects. As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering Oracle solutions to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in Oracle technology will enable you to configure, test, and deploy Oracle solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing full lifecycle Oracle software implementation projects

• Acting as SME for all project tasks and deliverables

• Leading requirements gathering workshops and global design sessions

• Documenting detailed requirements, global to-be design, detailed configuration and standard operating procedures

• Leading fit/gap analysis and document alternative solutions

• Collaborating with technical resources in creating integration mapping documents

• Leading scenario definition tasks, proof-of-concept configuration and testing tasks

• Configuring Oracle Solution based on the design

• Supervising testing and training activities

• Key resource for troubleshooting issues

• Training client resources in product functionality

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

- Minimum 10 years Oracle product experience (EBS, OTM or GTM)
- Minimum 6 years consulting experience
- Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations
- Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle software implementations
- Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects
- Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget
- Analyzes business needs to help ensure solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
- Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of consulting experience in Oracle implementations with a focus on Logistics
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
