We seek talented Solution Architects to join our Solution Architecture in Range, a key component of Range Operation Digital Engineering. This position offers a unique chance to work closely with digital product leaders, enterprise architects, capability leaders, and software development teams on exciting initiatives and high-growth projects. Your work will focus on designing cost-efficient, secure, and reliable digital products that place data and business at the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vision Alignment: Understand the vision of digital product leaders, covering the overall application portfolio and business priorities. Design robust architectures and solutions, including third-party solutions, that match this vision.
2. Modernization Roadmap: Apply your technical knowledge and business insights to guide through their modernization roadmap.
3. Solution Design: Architect solutions to meet business needs, ensuring the technical feasibility of new projects and successful deployments.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with other solution architects and stakeholders to ensure all solutions adhere to technology architecture and exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
5. Architectural Design Sessions: Lead sessions to build an implementation plan aligned with business goals and technical environment, resulting in consensus on solution design and the next steps toward production.
6. Continuous Learning: Maintain and share technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights within the technical community.

Qualifications

Education:

1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field OR equivalent experience.

Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
2. 3+ years of experience in leading technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in contributing to contract management.
2. Experience in vendor evaluation.
3. Defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Managing a landscape with a mix of third-party software solutions and existing legacy systems, addressing operational challenges in these settings.
5. Experience working with modern integration strategies and technologies in a complex enterprise landscape.
