Om rollen Vi söker en Operations Lead till Göteborg – en roll för dig som vill kombinera affärsutveckling, nykundsbearbetning och operativ drift. Du kommer att vara med och etablera vår närvaro i regionen, utveckla nya samarbeten och samtidigt säkerställa kvalitet och leverans till de kunder du tar in. I uppstartsfasen kommer du både driva försäljningen och själv agera konsultchef för dina konton. Du arbetar med både Blue och White Collar, använder vår tech-plattform aktivt och bygger långsiktiga relationer genom hög närvaro och stark affärsförståelse. Det här är en roll med stor utvecklingspotential för dig som vill ta nästa steg och arbeta mer affärsorienterat i en tillväxtmiljö.
