We are now looking for an engineer with good knowledge in spare parts and maintenance

Responsibilities

- Produce docs/drawings/maintenance review
- Retrieve documents from PDM/Trainmate , which items are included in the maintenance.
- Support procurement with documentation
- Maintenance planning
- Mtrl planning when and which mtrl is needed
- New items process
- Articles that the customer wants to include in the spare parts list, should follow a process where we go through the articles and documentation. Get item data from PDM and Trainmate
- Update App.14 (spare part list)
- Update of the spare part list
- New items, Updating prices, Minimum Order Quantity, lead times, Remove articles that are obsolete.
- Update the vandalism list
- Update of parts due to CR-CO list
- Changes to the vehicle from the CCB meeting.
- Check CR CO list which changes affect stock and spare parts list.
- End user article, should new article be purchased home. Should the item change number in the spare parts list or be removed?
- Maintain/update the optimisation file

Qualifications

- Good knowledge of maintenance
- Good knowledge of documentation
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of spare parts
- Education in engineering
