Sr Staff Manufacturing Engineer

Vi söker en engagerad och erfaren produktionsteknisk ingenjör som vill vara med och utveckla framtidens automationslösningar och produktionstekniska koncept. I denna roll kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa effektivitet och innovation inom våra produktionsprocesser. Du arbetar nära både interna och externa intressenter och blir en del av ett dynamiskt team där samarbete och teknisk expertis står i fokus.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Utveckla och implementera avancerade automationslösningar och produktionstekniska koncept.

Specificera och kravställa produktionsutrustning vid upphandlingar från externa leverantörer.

Ta fram tekniskt underlag samt estimerade tidplaner och budget för både nya och befintliga produkter.

Delta i utveckling, verifiering och validering av produktionsutrustning innan överlämning till Operations.

Skapa tekniska specifikationer och dokumentation för produktionsutrustning.

Stödja projekt från förstudie till driftsättning av ny produktionsutrustning.

Fungera som mentor för yngre medarbetare och bidra till kompetensutveckling inom teamet.

Kvalifikationer

Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom Maskin eller Mekatronik, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

Minst 8 års erfarenhet av produktionsutrustning och minst 3 års erfarenhet av CAD/PLM-system som SolidWorks eller Teamcenter.

Fördjupad kunskap inom automationslösningar, mekanik och styrsystem.

Erfarenhet av riskbedömningar (t.ex. P-FMEA), maskinsäkerhet och kapacitetsberäkningar.

Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
