Ready to shape the future of HR tech in the Nordics

At Simployer, we may not be disrupting space-time with quantum breakthroughs—but we're on a bold mission of our own: becoming the preferred HR-tech partner in Northern Europe. With 300 passionate Simployees and over 600 MNOK in ARR, we're already a major player in the Nordic SaaS landscape—and we're just getting started.

Now, we're looking for our next creative powerhouse: a Product Designer to join our growing product department, which includes 24 brilliant minds—7 of them designers—dedicated to building exceptional, human-centric experiences.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on, end-to-end design role. One day you'll be exploring big-picture ideas on a whiteboard; the next, you're knee-deep in Figma refining every detail for developer handoff. You're adaptable in your approach, knowing when to streamline and move fast, and when to dig deeper to ensure quality and impact. As a Product Designer at Simployer, you'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to solve meaningful problems. You'll lead initiatives, shape customer journeys, and design beautiful, intuitive UIs that bring real value to thousands of users. We're also counting on you to help shape how we work as a design team—because we're building more than products; we're building a strong design culture.

What You'll Bring

• Experience working across the entire product design process—from discovery to delivery
• Strong visual, interaction, and user experience design skills
• Proficiency in Figma (and other tools you love)
• Experience of working with design systems
• Understanding of user testing and product analytics
• Tech-savviness—a plus if you're familiar with front-end development
• Commercial mindset—you get how design supports business goals
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• A collaborative, curious mindset and a portfolio that shows off your thinking, craft, and impact
