We’re seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our team and make an impact in Epiroc Group’s job architecture and position evaluation. As a key player in our global team, you’ll help implement and evolve Epiroc’s total rewards initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to equity and transparency in compensation and benefits across the organization worldwide.
In our small, collaborative team, you’ll also engage in diverse areas of Total Rewards, from global mobility and salary reviews to benchmarking and incentive planning. Experience in these areas is beneficial and will further enrich your role.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our job architecture while gaining hands-on exposure across all aspects of Total Rewards in a global setting.
You’ll report to Johanna Carlsson, International Compensation & Benefits Manager, and be actively collaborating with the entire team and other colleagues in a truly global company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the on-going implementation of Epiroc’s global job architecture across the organization.
* Manage the “masterfile” of the job architecture, collaborating closely with our global HR IS team to keep the system up to date.
* Develop and deliver training and communication materials related to the global job architecture.
* Lead the annual governance and calibration processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the Group.
* Support compensation benchmarking process to align our job architecture with external market data.
* Contribute to CSRD reporting and ensure that the job architecture supports the analysis required related to gender pay gap analysis and the upcoming implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive.
Work closely with the HRIS team on compensation processes within SuccessFactors.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on job evaluation and global job architecture in an international environment; experience with Mercer’s IPE is beneficial and other global position evaluation systems.
* Proficiency in Excel and an aptitude for leveraging technology to increase efficiency.
* Familiarity with global HR systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
* Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Location

Preferred location is Sickla, Stockholm. Other Epiroc locations can be discussed.
