Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for Supply Chain Coordinator to work in one of our customer service teams in BU Foodservice and Liquid with office location in Skoghall.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will have a key role in supporting front line Customer Service teams as well as other internal stakeholders by ensuring streamlined process execution throughout the whole order to deliver process. Your work is done in a matrix organization and surrounded by modern technology, and therefore we look forward to applicants with strong communication skills and proven adaptation to new technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring smooth and efficient order to delivery process throughout the supply chain according to BU commercial strategy
- Optimizing the supply chain process, minimize costs, and meet customer demands
- Accurate data and deviation handling in prompt and timely manner
- Overseeing the deviation flow and capability to understand the areas where some improvements might be needed on a short term, but also in a longer run
- Problem solving, decision making and overall managing last minute changes to already confirmed pipelines
- Monitoring and maintaining correctness of inventory data
- Participating in the development work related to own responsibility area and in related processes generally
- Supporting training and knowledge sharing

This Supply Chain Coordinator role is part of BU Foodservice & Liquid Customer Service team in Supply Chain organization and you report to Manager, Supply Chain Coordination.

About you

- You have a university degree in a relevant field (for example business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or supply chain management)
- You are analytical, agile and have a transparent approach
- You are passionate for understanding complex processes, making them easy for you and others around you
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- You are skilled in and adapting to different technologies
- You are not afraid to make decisions
- You are ready to take personal ownership of your job performance and you are motivated to challenge yourself and develop your already extensive skillset even further
- You have fluency in English, working knowledge of Swedish or Finnish are considered as an advantage
- Experience in roles in supply chain or sales is considered as an advantage
